UNITRA Terms of Service

Effective version: 1.0 · August 2026

1. About UNITRA

UNITRA is a digital travel and service platform that may enable customers to discover and interact with accommodation, tours, transport, events, marketplace products, curated journeys, flights and other travel-related services.

Some services are supplied directly by independent Partners, suppliers, operators, hosts, vendors, transport providers, event organisers or other third parties.

2. Customer Accounts

Customers must provide accurate account information and keep their login credentials secure. Customers are responsible for activity carried out through their account unless unauthorized use is reported to UNITRA.

3. Listings and Service Information

UNITRA may display service information supplied by verified or approved Partners. Availability, pricing, location, schedules, inclusions, restrictions and service conditions may vary by supplier and transaction.

A listing being visible on UNITRA does not remove the Partner's responsibility to provide accurate and lawful information.

4. Maps, Routes and Location Services

UNITRA may provide maps, geographic coordinates, route guidance, meeting points, pickup points, property locations and other location-enabled features to make travel and service fulfilment easier.

These features may help customers:

  • find a property, attraction, event or service location;
  • identify a real meeting or pickup point;
  • understand a route to a destination;
  • share destination information with a host or travel companion;
  • coordinate transport pickup or drop-off;
  • support marketplace pickup or delivery;
  • reduce confusion caused by inaccurate or incomplete location details.

Device location is not required simply to create a UNITRA account. Where a feature offers "Use current location" or similar functionality, the customer chooses whether to grant device location permission.

Route information and third-party mapping information may change and customers should exercise normal travel judgment and follow lawful local directions and safety instructions.

5. Bookings and Reservations

A booking, reservation or order may remain pending until applicable availability, supplier confirmation, payment verification, fraud review or other required controls have been completed.

A payment prompt, redirect or payment attempt does not by itself mean that a booking has been successfully paid or confirmed.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers. UNITRA relies on verified payment status before treating a payment as successfully received where verification is required.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the booked service, supplier terms, timing, fulfilment status, payment status and applicable law.

Submitting a cancellation or refund request does not itself mean that a payment-provider refund has already been completed.

8. Marketplace Services

Marketplace sellers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality and fulfilment of products they supply. Pickup and delivery information must be accurate enough to support safe and practical fulfilment.

9. Transport, Tours and Events

Customers must follow reasonable safety, identification, meeting-point, ticketing, attendance and operator instructions applicable to the specific service.

10. Flights

Flight availability, fares, schedules, ticketing, baggage conditions, cancellation rules and other airline conditions may depend on the relevant airline, distributor or flight provider.

A UNITRA flight record must not be treated as an issued airline ticket unless actual ticketing has been confirmed.

11. Customer Information

UNITRA processes personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Customers should only provide information that is accurate and relevant to the requested service.

12. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use UNITRA for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, misleading transactions or interference with platform operations.

13. Service Availability

UNITRA may update, suspend or restrict features where necessary for maintenance, security, regulatory, supplier or operational reasons.

14. Changes to These Terms

UNITRA may issue updated versions of these Terms. Material changes may apply from a stated effective date and may require renewed acceptance for affected functionality.

15. Contact

Customers may use official UNITRA support channels for booking, payment, account, privacy or service questions.
