UNITRA Partner Terms
UNITRA PARTNER TERMS
Version 1.0
1. PARTNER RELATIONSHIP
These Partner Terms govern participation by businesses, suppliers, operators, agents, vendors, representatives and other approved service providers using UNITRA partner tools.
Acceptance of these Terms does not guarantee verification, listing approval, booking volume or earnings.
2. ACCURATE BUSINESS INFORMATION
The Partner must provide accurate, current and lawful business, ownership, licensing, tax, banking, contact and service information when requested.
UNITRA may require verification before a Partner or service becomes publicly available.
3. SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY
The Partner remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, safety, quality and delivery of the services, products or inventory supplied through UNITRA.
The Partner must honour confirmed availability, prices, inclusions and service obligations accepted through the platform.
4. BOOKINGS AND ORDERS
Bookings, orders and other commercial transactions may be subject to customer payment verification, fraud review, cancellation rules, refund rules, supplier confirmation and other operational controls.
A booking or order is not treated as paid merely because a customer reaches a payment page or receives a payment prompt.
5. PLATFORM PAYMENTS
Where UNITRA collects customer payment, the transaction may be processed through an approved payment provider.
Payment-provider processing does not itself determine the Partner's final payable amount.
Partner earnings, deductions, commissions, adjustments, holds, releases and payouts are recorded through UNITRA's internal commercial and finance records.
6. COMMERCIAL POLICY
Applicable platform commission, service fees, partner-specific terms, package margins, processor costs, payout rules and commercial adjustments are governed by the current UNITRA Partner Commercial Policy and any written Partner-specific agreement.
The Partner must review and accept the applicable Commercial Policy.
7. HOLDS AND RELEASES
Amounts attributable to a Partner may remain not earned, held or otherwise unavailable for payout until the applicable service, fulfilment, cancellation or verification condition has been satisfied.
A successful customer payment does not automatically require immediate Partner payout.
8. REFUNDS, REVERSALS AND DISPUTES
Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, cancellations, disputes, service failures and other adjustments may affect amounts otherwise attributable to a Partner.
UNITRA may place affected amounts under review while the underlying case is resolved.
9. PARTNER CONDUCT
Partners must not provide fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, unsafe or materially inaccurate listings, documents, pricing, availability or customer communications.
Partners must protect customer information and use it only for legitimate service delivery and support.
10. ACCOUNT CONTROL
UNITRA may review, restrict, suspend or deactivate Partner access where verification fails, fraud or material risk is identified, these Terms are breached, or continued participation creates unacceptable operational, legal or customer risk.
11. POLICY UPDATES
UNITRA may publish new versions of Partner Terms or Commercial Policies.
Material changes may apply from a stated effective date and may require renewed acceptance before continued use of affected Partner functionality.
12. RECORD OF ACCEPTANCE
Electronic acceptance of these Terms is recorded with the applicable document version, Partner account, user account, acceptance time and technical audit information.
13. APPLICABLE WRITTEN AGREEMENTS
Where UNITRA and a Partner execute a separate written commercial agreement covering a specific service or commercial arrangement, that agreement may override the corresponding commercial provisions of the standard policy to the extent expressly stated.
14. CONTACT AND SUPPORT
Partners should use official UNITRA support and Partner Dashboard channels for operational, payment, verification and account matters.
By accepting these Terms, the Partner confirms that the information submitted during registration is accurate and that the Partner agrees to operate in accordance with the applicable UNITRA Partner rules and Commercial Policy.
